The Slaughters-Hanson Chapel was established in 1976 by Paul Tompkins as a branch of the Sebree Chapel to better serve the Slaughters and Hanson communities.It was purchased by Chip Tomblinson on January 1, 2003 and operated under the Tompkins name until August 1, 2006 at which time it was also changed to Tomblinson Funeral Homes Incorporated.
