Andrew Nelson

Andrew W. Nelson, 47 of Henderson passed away July 1, 2025, at his home.

He was born on March 16, 1978, in Henderson, KY to the late Larry W. and Valerie W. Nelson.

Andrew was a member of Zion Baptist Church. He was a journeyman, a tool and die maker and a farmer. He loved his dogs more than most people. He also loved to hunt water fowl and he spent his days working on the farm.

He is survived by his soon to be ex-wife Alicia Nelson, children Walker N. Nelson (15), Abram A. Nelson (12) and boys that were like his own- Dalton Schwartz (15) and Cole Majors (12) sister, Christina N. Tillerson; mother in law Sheila Patterson; brother in law Chad Patterson (Jama); aunt Sonya; nephews Nicholas Tillerson, Levi, Nathan, and Charles Patterson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date when his ashes will be spread on his home farm. Family and friends will be invited to attend.
