Joe Leslie Lucas, 50, of Henderson passed away Friday May 10, 2013 at 12:30 AM at Lucy Smith King Care Center. He was born in Henderson to Billy Moore Lucas Jr. and Patricia Ann (Hammond) Lucas on August 26, 1962. He was of the Baptist faith and was an avid Nascar and UK Wildcat fan. Joe loved his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his wife Stephanie Lucas 3 Children: Benjamin Lucas Keanan West and wife Jessica Kaci Vowels and husband Chris all of Henderson 3 Brothers: Billy Lucas and wife Brenda of Sebree Jimmy Lucas and wife Cheryl of Henderson Scott Lucas and wife Lisa of Dixon 3 Grandchildren: Skyler West, Claire Vowels and Cooper Vowels Nieces and Nephews Services will be at Noon Monday May 13, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Joey Davenport will officiate. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be Sunday 4-8 PM and Monday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bryan Lucas, Chad Lucas, Shane Lucas, Zach Lucas, Addison Brown, Korey Langley, Justin Oliver Honorary pallbearers will be Todd Satterfield, Aaron Eddmenson and Greg Ranes. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
