Verna Faye Bush

Verna Faye Bush, 80, of Henderson, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville. She was born in Beals, KY on May 11, 1941 to the late Walter and Lura (Buley) Beasley. In addition to her parents, Verna was preceded in death by sisters, Mildred “Sissy” Beasley and Lucille Billings and brothers, George Beasley, Frank Beasley, Billy Beasley, James Beasley, and Tony Beasley. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald Ray Bush; children, Tim Bush (Vicky) of Federal Way, WA, Elaine Bush of Henderson, and Sandra Bush Payne (Jeff) of Henderson; sister, Goldie Haire of Henderson; brothers, William “Ham Bone” Beasley of Cunningham, KY and Walter Beasley of Horse Branch, KY; five grandchildren, Taylor Bush, Dylan Payne, Casandra Faye Payne, Jedidiah Bush, and Isaiah Bush; and one great grandchild, Taemin Aguilera. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 31 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Tomblinson Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
