A. Dale Rigdon, Sr

A.Dale Rigdon, Sr. of Dixon passed away July 23, 2018 at his residence.  He was born September 9, 1946 in Henderson to the late Samuel W. Rigdon, Sr. and Ruby K. (Phillips) Rigdon. He retired from Alcan after 26 years of service and had worked in the oil fields. Dale was an U.S. Marine veteran.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son; Dale Rigon, Jr., two brothers; Sammy Rigdon and David A. Rigdon. He is survived by his wife; Sarah Renea Rigdon, three children; Michael David Rigdon of Dixon, Tracey Gayle Shouse of Niagara, Veronica Rigdon of Dixon, four sisters; April Ziemer and Judy Clark both of Owensboro, Ginger Hast and Debbie Miller both of Henderson, two brothers; Phillip A. Rigdon of Nashville, TN and Paul T. Rigdon of Zion, three grandchildren, Mother in law; Sheila Thompson, Father in law; Johnny Frederick, Sr., several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Bro. Gerald Wilson will officiate.  Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove in Tilden, KY. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, Wednesday and 9:00 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
