He was preceded by his mother Linda Sue Owens Howard. He is survived by his father and step mother: Bobby D. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Vernon Rigsby will officiate. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville Monday, 11:00 AM.
