Agnes Louise Curtis Agnes Louise Curtis age 95 of Madisonville passed away at 10:10 a. m. Wednesday July 21, 2010 at the N.H.C. Nursing Home in Madisonville. She was born January 22, 1915 in Madisonville to Jim and Kate Sullivan Long. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Earlington, a member of the Ladies Sodality and she worked for West Kentucky Coal as a clerk. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gaylan Curtis in 1997 and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by one son Jim Curtis and his wife Kim of Madisonville, one daughter Frances Jarboe and her husband Kenneth of Evansville, IN, one brother George Long of Madisonville, one sister Helen Caputo of Evansville, IN, four grandchildren Kerry Curtis of Austin, TX, Keith Curtis of Louisville, Andrew Jarboe of Evansville, IN, Katherine Jarboe of Davenport, FL and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday 07-24-10 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Earlington with the Rev. Father Bruce Fogle officiating. Her burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Earlington. Prayers will be said at 7:00 p.m. Friday 07-23-10 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday 07-23-10 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington. Instead of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Earlington.
