Alma Rose Pritchett

Alma Rose Pritchett, 77 of Henderson passed away 11:50 PM, December 27, 2015 at St. Marys Medical Center. She was born March 7, 1938 in Henderson to Edward and Stella (Woodard) McCommac. She was a homemaker and a member of Baskett Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James T. Pritchett, three daughters; Sondra Embry , Babbie Gastenveld and Frankie Pruitt and one son Mike Pritchett, grandson; Ray Lewis, two sisters; Gail Francis and Linda Bonnell. She is survived by 8 children: Shirley Bloyd of Henderson Jim Pritchett and his wife Phyllis of Henderson Greg Pritchett of Henderson Jeff Pritchett of Evansville Chris Pritchett and his wife Susan of Henderson Ben Pritchett of Owensboro Jennifer Detzer of Chrisney, IN Judd Pritchett and his wife Kim of Henderson 4 sister; Sherry Veach, Mary Poplin, Debbie McCommac and Laura Ogle all of Henderson 3 brothers; David McCommac, Steve McCommac and Buster McCommac all of Henderson 26 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren 5 great great grandchildren Several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, December 31 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Jim Westmoreland will officiate. Burial will be in Baskett Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be grandchildren. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Baskett Christian Church or Baskett Cemetery.
