Ann P. Haas

ANN P. HAAS (nee McAtee), St. Clair, Missouri, passed away March 10, 2023 at the age of 100 years, 2 month, and 10 days. Mrs. Haas was born December 28, 1922 in Smith Mills, Kentucky to Patrick and Edna (nee Crawford) McAtee. She was united in marriage to James Haas. Mrs. Haas was preceded in death by both her parents; her husband, James; 11 brothers and sisters; two sons, James Haas Jr., and Larry Haas; and two granddaughters, Lora Pyo and Sherri Utley.

Mrs. Haas is survived by her daughter, Brenda and husband Carl Wirthwein; a daughter-in-law, Janice Haas; a sister-in-law, Martha Haas; four grandchildren, Kim Green, Ed Wirthwein (Diane), Jamie Snow (Chris), and Jennifer Wirthwein; eight great-grandchildren, James, David, Ethan, Jake, Kourtenay, Lucas, Aaliyah, and Matthew; and one great-great-grandson, Henry; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Haas attended the Spottsville United Methodist Church, was a Red Hatter Lady, a member of UAW Local 110 and long time volunteer at the Agape Help House of Pacific. She enjoyed traveling, cooking for everybody, her apple pies and coconut cake at Christmas.

Visitation for Mrs. Haas is Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 3:00 P. M. until 5:00 P.M. at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, Missouri. Visitation, Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and Friday, march 17, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.m. at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson, Kentucky. Funeral Services will follow the visitation, 10:00 A.M. at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Kentucky with Amy Cates officiating. Interment will follow the service at Fairmont Cemetery, Henderson, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Green , Lucas Green, David Snow, James Snow, Ethan Snow, and Jake Wirthwein.
