Anna Faye Mccormick

Anna Faye Mccormick, 74, of Ashbyburg, KY passed away on March 17, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. She had a resident of Riverside Manor in Calhoun, KY for several years. She was born in Hopkins County on January 1, 1942 to the late Rueben and Dellar Agnes McCormick. She attended Jewell City Holiness Church and she enjoyed working puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Linda Lindsey and Pauline Harberson. Survivors include 3 Sisters: Sue Underhill of Evansville, IN Elsie Chamberlain of Henderson, KY Thalia Deason of Salem, KY 2 Brothers: J.L. McCormick of Rumsey, KY Rick McCormick of Sacramento, KY Several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday March 21, 2016 at 2:30 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel with Justin Cardwell officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday.
