Annette Faye Lambdin

Annette Faye Lambdin, 69, of Henderson, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was born in Evansville on April 9, 1954 to Posey Lee and Maxine Jean (Embry) McCormick.

Annette was a waitress and member of Advanced Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano.

She was preceded in death by her father, Posey L. McCormick and brothers, Merlin McCormick and Danny McCormick.

Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Dale Lambdin; children, Lynette May and Melinda Bunch (Chris); stepchildren, Lori Lambdin and Lisa Park; mother, Maxine McCormick; siblings, Betty Stokes, Posey McCormick Jr., and Thomas McCormick; four grandchildren, Rendi Durham, Addyson Otey, Logan Haynes, and Isaac Damrath; and one great granddaughter, Nicole Dover.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 8 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Bro. Ellis Payne officiating.

Burial will follow in Baskett Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday, June 7 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday, June 8 from 9 a.m. until service time.

Pallbearers will be Jason McCormick, Nathan McCormick, Dean Sepp, Cody Crowley, and John Otey.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
