Annie Mae Sherman

Annie Mae Sherman Annie Sherman, age 83 of Madisonville, passed away at 12:10 p.m.Thursday, November 08, 2012 at Brighton Cornerstone in Madisonville. She was born December 30, 1928, to William Amplis Bourland and Mary Elizabeth Hook Bourland. She was a homemaker, and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dawson Springs, Ky. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Sherman in 1999, one son, William Eugene Sherman and one brother William Bourland. She is survived by three sons, Charles Leroy Sherman, Nebo, Tony Glen Sherman of Nortonville and David Sherman of Decora, Iowa. She has twelve grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at Reid-Walters Funeral Home on Tuesday November 13, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Lawson Hook officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery, Nortonville. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, on Monday, November 12 and from 9:00 AM until service time on November 13 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home.
