Annie Lucille Wagner, 92, formerly of Barnsley, passed away on October 6, 2013 at NHC Nursing home in Madisonville. She was born on July 19, 1921 in Mortons Gap to the late Charles Leslie Hawkins and Annie Ann Hawkins. Mrs. Wagner was a lifetime member of Earlington Assembly of God, having taught children’s Sunday school for 17 years. She worked for 27 years at Enro Shirt Factory in Madisonville as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Lee Wagner, her son Mike Wagner, her sister Bonnie Clevenger, and her nephew, Gary Davis. She is survived by her caregiver and daughter-in-law, Paula Wagner of Barnsley, her sister Mildred Davis, her grandson Michael Wagner, her great grandson Skylar Michael Wagner, her sister-in-law Carolyn Baugh of Russellville, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Reid-Walters Funeral home in Earlington on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with Brother Nathan Bruce officiating. Burial will be in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of service.
