Arnold Wayne Adcock

Arnold Wayne Adcock, 70 of Dawson Springs, Kentucky died at 8:35 AM Saturday April 9, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born March 21, 1941 in Hopkins, Kentucky to the late Robert Adcock and the late Betsy Barton Adcock. He was married to Liddie Irene Adcock in 1971. He worked for Mike's IGA in Dawson Springs, Kentucky for 38 years serving in all capacities at the store. He is survived by his wife Liddie Irene Adcock of Dawson Springs, Kentucky Four sons Jackie Adcock, Arnold Adcock, Daniel Adcock and David Adcock and one daughter Agnes Markham all of Dawson Springs, Kentucky. One brother J.W. Adcock of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, one sister Juanita Geirick, Texas. 8 grandchildren Funeral service will be Tuesday April 12, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Dunn Missionary Baptist Church near Charleston, Kentucky with Brother Kenny Moore and Brother Ricky Winstead officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dunn Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in New Beulah Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society in the name of Arnold Wayne Adcock.
