Audri Beth Blair

Audri Beth (Pendergraft) Blair, 46 of Robards passed away August 9, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born June 13, 1973 in Henderson to Vicki Wurth and Richard Pendergraft. Audri was a member of Point of Grace Church.  She enjoyed camping, listening to 60’s music and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Julia Pendergraft, Aubrey and Doris Williams and Betty Jo Collier. She is survived by her mother and step father, Vicki and Martin Wurth; father and step mother, Richard and Jody Pendergraft; two brothers, Brad Pendergraft ( Sherri) and Daniel Pendergraft all of Henderson; step grandfather, Jesse Collier; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, 5:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.  Visitation will be Monday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM at the funeral home. Brother Brad Pendergraft and Brother Darrell Powell will officiate. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
