Barbara Ann Lovan

Barbara Ann Lovan age 71 of Dawson Springs, KY passed away at 2:00 A.M. Saturday April 17, 2010 at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was born February 18, 1939 in Earlington, KY to Cecil and Myrtle Locke Spainhoward. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lovan of Dawson Springs, KY: four daughters, Deborah Cates of Dawson Springs, KY, Penney Maes of Thornton, CO, Kathy Trump of Thornton, CO and Linda Plunkett of Thornton, Co; one brother John Thomas Spainhoward of Paducah, KY, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four nephews. Her funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday April 20, 2010 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Doug Keen officiating. Her burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY. Her visitation will be from 5-8 P.M. Monday April 19, 2010 and from 9 A.M.-until service time Tuesday at Reid-Walters Funeral Home.
