Barbara Nell Vaughn

Barbara Nell (Bevill) Vaughn, 86 of Henderson passed away May 1, 2021 at West River Health Campus in Evansville under the care of Heart to Heart Hospice. She was born August 25, 1934 in Paris, TN to the late Mason L. and Doris F. Bevill. Barbara was a member of Airline Baptist Church.  She retired in 2000 after 24 years as a Nurse Practitioner at Henderson County Health Department and then worked at Wal Mart as a cashier for 10 years In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Vaughn; daughter, Tama Brown; her twin sister, Bernice White and 1 brother Gary Bevill. She is survived by her three children, Sherry Fulton of Lawrenceburg, KY, Billy Vaughn, Jr (Jill) of Fredricksburg, IN and Mark Vaughn (Jane) of Henderson, KY; one sister, Paula Cassidy of Louisville, KY, three brothers, Mason Bevill (Janice) of Hardinsburg, KY, Jim Bevill (Cindi) of Tacoma, WA and Edmond Bevill (Patty) of Earlington, KY; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Rev. Edmond Bevill officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
