Betty Frances Majors

Betty Frances Majors, 86 of Hanson, Kentucky passed away on November 26, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. She was born in Akron, Ohio on March 15, 1930 to the late Edgar Demoss and Elizabeth Livingston Demoss. She was a member of Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church. She worked as an LPN for Hopkins County Hospital for several years. She enjoyed gardening and she loved her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Majors. She is survived by: 2 daughters: Carolyn Vaught (Ronald) of Providence, KY                  Linda Holzhauser of Hanson, KY 3 grandchildren: Jeremy Vaught of Providence, KY                      Toby Vaught of Providence, KY                      Sherry Knight of Hanson, KY 5 great grandchildren Funeral services will be at 1:00 on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. Bro. Gary Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery in Hanson, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday November 29 from 5-7 pm and on Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time.
