Betty June Scherretz

Betty June Scherretz, 79 of Henderson passed away Monday November 11, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Indiana on June 1, 1934 to Edward and Mabel (Kennett) Hessler. Betty was an apartment manager for Ocean Air Apartments and was of the Methodist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Scherretz Jr. in 1984 and 1 son Jeffrey Alan Scherretz in 2010. She is survived by 4 children: Connie Peak and husband Billy Steve of Morganfield, KY Ramona Scherretz Miles of Louisville, KY Deborah L. Roshon and husband David of Woodland, Maine Kevin Ray Scherretz of Henderson, KY 2 Sisters: Helen Waters of Evansville, IN Jennie Heckman of Mt. Vernon, IN 9 Grandchildren: Trey Peak, Brandi P. Clements, Jaci Carlisle, Tony Miles, Michael Scherretz, Matt Scherretz, Josh Scherretz, Zach Scherretz and Rechel DeBoe 14 Great-Grandchildren Private family services will be held at a later date. Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel is handling arrangments.
