Billy Gene Profitt

Billy Gene Profitt 81, Of Henderson Ky. passed away on Friday Febuary 6th 2015 at Methodidt Hospital. He was born in Powell County Kentucky to the late Edmond and Fannie (Stewart) Profitt. He attended the Salvation Army Church. He worked as a driller in the oil field industry. He was a avid hunter, loved to play guiter and checkers. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by three sisters Pat Brown, JoAnne McCoy and Maria Stacy. One brother Zane Profitt. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Shirley (Todd) Profitt of Henderson. Two sons Kevin Profitt of Owensboro and Paul and Karen Profitt of Robards Ky. Two Grandchildren Joshua and Ashley Profitt of Owensboro and Jordan Profitt and his Fiance Brook of Owensboro Ky. Four Great Grandchildren Myles Profitt, Mattie Profitt, Morgan Profitt and Harlow Profitt. Special Nieces and Nephews that Billy and Shirley helped raise Irvine Stacey, Barbara Anderson, Kathy Norwick and Jennie Mae Lawston. One Great Nephew Bobby Brown. Friends may call Wednesday February 11, 2015 4-8 P.M and on Thursday February 12, 2015 9 A.M until service time at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Thursday February 12, 2015 at 12:00 P.M with Brother Eddie Berry officiating. Pallbearers will be Tommy Hallmark, Darrell Girten, Troy Todd, Eddie Smith, Chuckie Stewart and Billy Sosh. Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel is handing arrangements.
