Bob "Finn" Finley

Bob Finley, "Finn", 56 of Henderson Kentucky passed away at home on September 24, 2013 of an apparent heart attack. Bob was a 1975 graduate of Henderson County High and a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky earning his Bachelors of Science degree, majoring in mathematics and chemistry. While at UK, Bob was also an Alumni member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. He loved UK basketball and truly "bled blue." Bob owned and operated Finley's Home Improvements. Bob is survived by his wife, Sally Simpson Finley. Parents Bob and Lula Finley of Henderson Brother: Jeff Finley and wife Jody of Cairo Kentucky Sisters: Pamela Gooch of Newburgh, Indiana, Theresa Robinson and husband Jack of Mt Pleasant, South Carolina, Lisa Bernsten and husband Lloyd of Clarence Center, New York Nieces and nephews Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday September 28, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. John Bohnenkamp will officiate Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday September 27, 2013 4:00-8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM until services at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to University of Kentucky Alumni Scholarship or the Henderson County Humane Society.
