Bobbie Calvin Snodgrass, Sr., 69 of Baskett, KY passed away Friday June 24, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born July 23, 1941 in Henderson County, KY to Katherine (Alexander) Snodgrass and the late Harvey Snodgrass. He was a member of the Advanced Baptist Church in Baskett. He was also an Army Veteran and a retired Coal Miner having worked at Amax Coal for over 20 years. He is survived by his wife; Linda Sue (Van Cleve) Snodgrass Mother; Katherine (Alexander) Snodgrass of Baskett, KY Son; Bobbie Calvin Snodgrass, Jr. of Henderson, KY Daughter; Paula Long of Baskett, KY Step son; Tony Farley of Baskett, KY Step daughters; Angela Beck of Robards, KY Monta Miller of Warrensburg, MO 2 Grandchildren; Shawna Wilson and Steven McCommic Brother; Yeamen Snodgrass of Evansville, IN Sister; Elaine McDonald of Reed, KY 6 step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren Services will be held Monday June 27, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Donald Berry will officiate. Burial will be in Baskett Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 until 7:00 and Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
