Bobby Caton

Bobby Caton, 91, of Corydon, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Red Banks Nursing Home. Born and raised in Henderson County, he was the beloved son of the late Dee and Bertha (Hearin) Caton.

Bobby dedicated his career to serving his community as a janitor and was a proud member of the Corydon General Baptist Church. Known for his kindness, humility, and hard-working spirit, Bobby touched many lives throughout his long and fulfilling life.

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his siblings, Willis Carneal, Lillian Mattingly, Wallene Henderson, and W.D. Caton, as well as his nephew Larry Mattingly.

He leaves behind his niece Carole Mills and her husband Bill, nephews Gary Caton and his wife Mary, and Roger Caton and his wife Dawn. Bobby was also cherished by his 4 great-nieces and 5 great-nephews, all of whom remember him fondly and will miss him deeply.

Graveside funeral services to honor Bobby's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Corydon Cemetery, with Chaplain Tim Shockley officiating.
