Boyd B Newton

Boyd B. Newton, 91, of Louisville, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022. He was born in Henderson, KY on February 17th, 1931 to the late Roy and Stella Newton. He worked as a finance and account officer for The Department of the Army in Fort Knox. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Melton Newton; his sisters, Lucile Cox and Norma Tapp and his brother, Allen Newton. He is survived by his son, Oleg Sayakov; his foster grandson, Joe Newton Dutkiewicz; and his sister-in-law, Faye Newton. Visitation will be held Friday August 12, 2022 from 10 am-1 pm CST with service to follow at 1 pm CST at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Sebree Chapel, 57 State Route 370 East, Sebree, KY, 42455. Burial to follow in Shady Grove Cemetery, Poole, KY.
