Bruce L. Wiggins

Bruce L. Wiggins, 79, of Sebree passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at his home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.  He was born in McLean County, Kentucky on August 12, 1941 to the late Robert Bruce and Myrtle (Hinton) Wiggins.  Bruce retired from Goodyear after many years working as a Sales Executive.  He was a member of Sebree First Baptist Church.  Bruce was a Mason at the Hanson Masonic Lodge #766 where he had served as a secretary/treasurer.  He was a very active member of the Shriner’s Rizpah Temple in Madisonville where he served as Potentate in 2013 and was a past Commander of the Legion of Honor.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son Jason Wiggins.  Survivors include his wife Carol Wiggins, 4 children: Anthony Guile (Glenda) of Olathe, KS, Karen Brackenbury (Tim) of Bowling Green, OH, Greg Wiggins (Jeda) of Shawnee, KS, Brian Wiggins (Cheryl) of Olathe, KS; 1 Step-son, Heath Watson of Evansville; 1 brother Hugh Wiggins (Margaret) of Sebree; 7 grandchildren: Anthony, Ashley Ian, Kyle, Nicole, Avery and Carter, several nieces and nephews.  A Private service will be held at a later date.  Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel is handling arrangements.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contibutions to Shriner’s Hospital, 3300 Hanson Rd., Madisonville, KY 42431.
