Carl A. Hollenbach, Jr Carl Hollenbach 86, of Madisonville died Wednesday Sept. 12, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. He was born Feburary 7, 1926 in Lousiville, Ky. to Carl August Hollenbach Sr and Mamie E. McGregor. He is survived by his wife Fairleigh Mae Hollenbach, Madisonville and a daughter Stacey Hollenbach of Huntsville, Alabama. There will be no service or visitation. Burial in Salem Cemetery, Mortons Gap, Ky. Arrangements made by Reid-Walters Funeral Home, Earlington, Ky.
