Carl Phillip Ramsey

Carl Phillip Ramsey was born on September 2, 1950, and went home to be with our Lord on January 28, 2022. Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Charlie and his brother-in-law, Lonnie Humphrey. He is survived by his brother, Mike; sisters, Paulette, Diane, Susie, Shelia; nephew, Michael and great nephew, Jackson (Jessica). Carl worked for Sandefer Center for 30 years. Carl has had Joanne Eakins lovingly guiding him and making Carl’s comfort and safety her priority for over 36 years. CJ Tucker has shared his home with Carl and was a brother, father, and best friend. CJ loved and spoiled Carl and his housemate. CJ fulfilled all of the special needs Carl required. Thank you, CJ, for being the man you are! Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022, 2:00 PM CST at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with Bro. Tim Shockley officiating. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens East, inside the chapel, Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 2:00 PM. EST with Dr. Barry Harkness officiating.
