Carolyn Louise Hoskins

Carolyn Louise (Hancock) Hoskins, 80 of Sebree, KY and formerly of Smith Mills, KY passed away at 7:41 PM Friday November 24, 2017 at the home of her daughter Judy and Donnie Baxter under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. She was born in Henderson County, KY on July 17, 1937 to the late John Raymond and Margaret Alice (McAtee) Hancock.  Carolyn was retired from Service Uniform.  She was a member of Smith Mills United Methodist Church.  She was an avid Quilter and reader, loved to travel especially to Florida and Texas but most of all she loved her grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Eugene Hoskins. Carolyn is survived by five children; Marilyn Willett of Henderson, KY      John Bruce Hoskins and companion Gina of Smith Mills, KY   Judy Baxter and husband Donnie of Sebree, KY   Tim Hoskins and wife Mary Jane of Smith Mills, KY     Allison Pieper and husband Dave of Henderson, KY.  9 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday November 28, 2017  at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Rev. Donald House will officiate. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 until 7:00 and Tueaday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nathan Henshaw, Ethan Hoskins, Logan Graham, Wayne Graham, Shane Bean and Keegan Hays. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice. Online condolences at www.tomblinsonfuneralhome.com
