Carolyn Rae (Watson) Brown

Carolyn Rae (Watson) Brown, 81, of Henderson, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN. She was born in Henderson on July 26, 1939 to the late Jackson V. and Carolyn E. (Alderson) Watson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Dana Elizabeth Parenteau; brothers, Terry Vernon Watson and Michael Keith Watson. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Glenn Brown; children, Julie Michelle Fuller (Dale) of Baskett and Christopher J. carter of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Pamela Ashby of Henderson; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be private at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Pastor Nathan Whisnant officiating. Visitation will be from 9 -11 a.m. on Saturday, February 6 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Baskett Cemetery in Baskett. Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
