Cecil Damrath

Cecil Ann "Granny" Damrath, 74, of Henderson passed away Sunday September 30, 2012 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson. She was born in Louisville on October 9, 1937 to Robert Howe and Mattie Dempsey Howe. She was a supervisor for a furniture manufacturer and was of the Christian faith. In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Charles Steven Damrath on September 23, 2012 and 3 sisters. She is survived by 3 sons: Frank Damrath, Robert Damrath, and Darrell Damrath all of Henderson, 1 sister; Marydell Nunn of Phoenix, AZ, 1 brother: Sonny Lynn Howe, 6 grandchildren, 4 Great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday October 3, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday noon until service time. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
