Charles Embry

Charles Marion Embry, 80, of Henderson, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at home. He was born in Butler County, KY on June 23, 1941 to the late Benjamin and Dessie (Burden) Embry. He worked for the Henderson County Road Department and was of the Baptist faith. He loved his Harley, working outside, running, and cars. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Embry and grandson, Kelly Grant Franklin Crocker. He is survived by his children, Charles “Mike” Embry, Chadwick “Chad” Embry (Amanda) and Terrie Crocker; seven grandchildren, Lindsey Turner, Erin Crocker, Kelsey Crocker, Brandon Embry, Brittany Embry, Chase Embry, and Shane Embry; and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 at Tomblinson Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 26 from 10 a.m. until funeral time
