Charles Michael Gary

Charles Michael Gary, 70, of Henderson, passed away Wednesday, March 29th, 2023 at home, surrounded by his loved ones.

Charles was a Union member at Accuride, and retired from Ellis Park and Vincent Plastic. He was a junk man through and through. Charles started scrapping to keep

himself busy. He loved to tinker on vehicles. He loved to talk, go bowling, play the lottery, and enjoyed a number of television shows. Charles was the type of man who

enjoyed Star Trek, Star Wars, Walker Texas Ranger, and you could even catch him watching some Hallmark shows. He had never met a stranger and acquired many

friends because of that. Charles was the kind of man that if you called, he was there for you, no matter what.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison Thomas Gary and Anna Lucille (Phillips) Gary; brothers, John Gary, and Harold Gary; and a sister, Sue Edens.

He is survived by his only child, Christina Gary, of Henderson; four grandchildren, Dadie Stark, Tesia Rich, Christian Smith, and Hunter Smith, all of Henderson.

Two siblings, Ray Gary and Helen Pirtle. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and of course: friends.

Funeral Service will be 11:30 AM Thursday April 6, 2023, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Pastor Charles Parks officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
