Charles M. Hook

Charles M. Hook, 71 of Henderson passed away 7:20 PM Thursday December 12, 2013 at Methodist Hospital. He was born May 7, 1942 in Hopkins County to Wylie and Eileen (Puttman) Hook. He had worked in constructions for 30 years. Charles enjoyed working on woodcraft projects and spending time with grandchildren, family and friends. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Floyd Hook and Lonnie Hook and one sister; Virginia Crafton Todd. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Glenda Hook 2 sons: Steve Hook and his wife Beth of Henderson Brad Hook of Henderson 1 brother: Alvin Hook and his wife Ruby of Nortonville, KY 2 grandchildren: Emily and Joshua Hook. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday December 16 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Pastor Kenny Kidd will officiate. Friends may call after 9:30 AM until service time Monday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Nunn, Larry Boling, Jeff Evans, Frank Wright, Tony Cain, Bobby Crafton, Justin Payne and Ricky Hook. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hyland Baptist Church Building Fund.
