Charles Edward King,Jr

June 29, 1953 to August 5, 2024

Monday, August 5th, 2024 marked the day our family and community lost a bright light and faithful servant. A stranger to none, Charlie King gave endlesslly and selflessly of his heart, skills & talent to anyone in need. A retired mechanic, he successfully managed and operated Custom Car Wash on Barret Boulevard for 23 years.

Charlie is predeceased by his father, Charles King, Sr.; mother, Joyce Gibson King; and grandson, Bailey King. He leaves behind his loving wife, Connie; son, Brent King; grandchild, Austin King; sister, Marcie Whitman Feil (Paul); brother, Anthony King (Paula); nieces Leslee Davis (Steve) and Paige Dixon (Will); great nieces Isabelle Dixon and Eva Davis; great nephew, Judah Davis; and Max (his goldendoodle).

Services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 10th at Countryview General Baptist Church, 2067 Gregory Drive in Henderson. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11AM to 2PM at the church before the service. Tomblinson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
