Charles Clinton “Chuck” Leath, Jr. 57 of Owensboro, KY passed away at 1:00 PM Saturday April 21, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Brunswick, GA on October 11, 1954. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Clinton Leath, Sr. Survivors include; Step Son; Kenny Rideout II of Owensboro, KY Step Grandchildren; Delaney Rideout and Kenny Rideout III Aunt; Betty Ellis of Slaughters, KY Uncles; Howser Leath of Henderson, KY Doug Leath of Bowling Green, KY Wayne Leath of Franklin, KY Several Cousins Memorial Services will be held at 5:00 PM Thursday April 26, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Dewayne Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to New Hope Animal Rescue.
