Charles Thomas Pearson

Charles Thomas Pearson, 86, of Henderson passed away Tuesday October 4, 2022 at Morganfield Nursing and Rehab.


He was born in Corydon on September 14, 1936 to the late Owsley and Necie L. (Higginson) Pearson.


Following his retirement from Gamco, Charles delivered flowers for Shaws, drove a truck for Crop Production Services and worked security for Ellis Park. He enjoyed hunting and riding four-wheelers.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters Gladys Banks and Edna; one brother Robert Pearson.


Survivors include his wife of 59 years Barbara Pearson; four children Ken Pearson (Kelly), Sheila Bourland (Terry), Theresa Kissel, Bob Pearson (Jennifer); one brother Earl Pearson (Charlotte); nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.


Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday October 8, 2022 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.


Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.


Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
