Charles Edward Pullum, Sr., 63 years old, of Henderson, KY passed away peacefully on October 9th, 2018 at home. He was born December 27th, 1954 to the late Opal Rae (Fambrough) & George Pullum, Sr. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, sister Regenia Wright, and niece Kim Wright Quinn. He is survived by his son Charles Edward Pullum, Jr. and grand-daughters Kendall Renae & Violet Kaye Pullum. Additional survivors include brothers George Pullum, Jr. & wife Brenda and James ‘Tony’ Pullum, sister Shirley Crawford; nephews Keith Pullum & wife Erica, Johnny Duncan, and Doris Crawford, Jr.; niece Robin Newton; great-niece Brittany Pullum, her long-time boyfriend Jon Carter, & their children Sydni & Jaxson; along with many other cousins & loved family members. Charles was a retired long-haul truck driver and everyone on the road knew his CB handle “Haulin’ Ass”. He was proud to have driven a load to all 48 contiguous United States. His first love was in the woods with his dad logging timber for their family business. He also loved Fluff (nephew Keith’s dog) who stayed by his side till the end. Charles was an avid horse-racing and Minnesota Vikings fan. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.Expressions of sympathy may be made to Charles, Jr. in care of the grand-daughters.
