Lanna Christine DeMoss age 74 of Dawson Springs passed away at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday 10-23-12 at her home. She was born May 14, 1938 in Hopkins County to Hershel and Irene Corbitt Hibbs. She was a sales clerk at the Dollar General Store in Madisonville and a member of the Suthards Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Letha Meryl Hibbs, two brothers Raymond Hibbs and Marvin Hibbs. She is survived by two daughters Pat Green and her husband Monty of Madisonville, Cathy Camplin of Dawson Springs, one brother James Hibbs and his wife Francis of Madisonville, three grandchildren Josh Camplin of St. Charles, Jamie Hayes and her husband Chalon of Slaughters, Robert green of Slaughters, one granddog Daisy and several nieces. Her funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday 10-26-12 at the Suthards Baptist Church with Bro. George Brooks officiating. Her burial will be in New Suthards Cemetery. Her visitation will be 5:00-9:00 p.m.Thursday 10-25-12 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington and from 9:00 a.m. until the service time at the church. Her pallbearers will be Monty Green, Josh Camplin, Robert Green, Chalon Hayes, Dale Ladd, Jamie Hayes, Wendell Jones and Wesley Buffington.
