Christopher Wayne Kurtz, 46 of Henderson died September 24, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital. He was born March 20, 1967 in Henderson to Fredrick Leroy Kurtz and Judith Ann (Stone) Kurtz. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by 2 Children: Anthony Walters Cody Kurtz both of Henderson 1 sister: Brandy Fox of Herrin, IL 3 brothers: Daniel Kurtz of Henderson Scott Kurtz of Henderson Gene Kurtz of Sebree 1 granddaughter Nieces and nephews There will be a private family memorial service.
