Constance Jean Murray

Contance Jean Murray (Kresser) passed away peacefully at St. Anthony’s Hospice on October 30,2023. Connie was born to John “Jack” Kresser and Helen Kresser on March 29, 1952.

She grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio but traveled all over following her love of horses and horse racing. She began working with horses at age 12 and Connie became the 1st female horse trainer to get her license for Beulah Park. She was known for her love of animals and those in need. She never met a stranger and would always reach out when it was someone who looked alone. She loved 2 men in her life; her husband of 25 years, Jerry Murray and her partner in laughter, Gary Babbs, both who proceeded her in death.

She is survived and loved by her children Catrina (Roy) Tegenkamp and Candida (Robert) Cooper along with her grandchildren, Dallas (Haley) Creech, Gabrielle (Seth) Birch, Tristin Butler and great grandchildren, Alexander and Avalon Birch and her fur babies Blu Lu and Jazzy Jo.
