Daniel Alton Mccormick

Daniel Alton McCormick, 55, of Baskett, passed away Friday January 6, 2017 at his home under the care of St. Anthony's Hospice. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Posey L., Sr. and Maxine J. (Embry) McCormick. Daniel was a laborer and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1 brother Murlin McCormick. Survivors include his mother Maxine J. Wilkerson of Baskett, 2 brothers Thomas McCormick of Baskett, Posey McCormick, Jr. of Henderson, 2 sisters Annette F. Lambdin and husband Dale, Betty J. Stokes and husband Louis, Sr. both of Henderson, nieces and nephews. There will be a private family burial. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice. Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson is handling arrangements.
