Daniel Wayne Mcdonald

October 11, 1969 — April 30, 2023

Daniel Wayne McDonald, 53, of Baskett, KY, peacefully passed away on April 30, 2023.

He graduated from Henderson High School, class of 1987 and was a member of Riverside Church in Henderson, KY. A big part of Daniel’s life was his many true friends and neighbors. He had an enormous giving heart which touched many people along his path. He was always ready to help those in need at any time. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his dad, Thomas (Sug) McDonald, mother, Elaine McDonald; brother, Mark McDonald and wife, Tasha McDonald; daughter, Misty McDonald; grandchildren, Neveah, Lyric, Brandie, Joel, Aaliyah; his children’s mother, Melissa Anders; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Funeral service will be Friday, May 5, 2023, 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with Pastor Joey Chaney officiating. Burial will follow at Baskett Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 4, 2023, 4:00-8:00 PM and Friday, May 5, 2023, 9:00 -11:00k AM at the funeral home.
