Darrell Wayne Todd Iii

Darrell Wayne Todd III (Bubba) 24, of Henderson, Kentucky passed away July 16, 2011 at Methodist Hospital. He was born in Henderson, Kentucky to Darrell Wayne Todd II and Karen Sue (Goldsberry). He was formerly a Welder at River Metals in Henderson, Kentucky and a member of Country View General Baptist Church. Bubba was a great father, son, and brother. After his accident while working on the water tower in Hawethorne, Florida on August 1, 2009, he was glad to be back home with his family. Bubba was loved by all of his extended family. Family was the most important thing in his life. He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers Darrell W. Todd I and Rev. Larry D. Goldsberry. He is survived by: Parents Darrell Todd II and Karen Sue (Goldsberry) of Henderson, Kentucky 1 Son: Draven O. Todd of Henderson, Kentucky Sisters: Faith Victoria Todd both of Henderson, Kentucky Brothers: Thomas Cecil and Joshua Aaron Todd both of Henderson, Kentucky Paternal Grandmother: Tina J. Todd of Henderson, Kentucky Maternal Grandmother: Carolyn S. Goldsberry of Henderson, Kentucky Aunts and Uncles: John and Misty Todd Julie and George Basmadji Kim and Randy Duncan Lori and Howie Strunk Sonya and William Shockley Great Aunts and Uncles Cousins Services will be Wednesday July 20 at 1 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8 PM and Wednesday 9AM until service time. Bro. Gary Ashby, Bro. Vernon Rigsby, and Rev. George Basmadji will be officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens of Henderson, Kentucky Pallbearers will be: David Basmadji, Jonathan Basmadji, Larry Strunk, Howard “Trey” Strunk II, Cody Duncan and Marcus Woodward. Honorary Pallbearers will be Thomas Cecil Todd and Joshua Aaron Todd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shand’s University of Florida Burn Clinic.
