David Ernest Haywood

David Haywood, 55 of Hanson, KY passed away at 6:41 PM Wednesday January 16, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Madisonville, KY on July 29, 1957 to Joseph and LuAnn (Enevoldsen) Haywood. David was a self employed painter. He was also a UK Basketball fan and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Jennie and Hubbard Haywood , Ernest and Pearl Enevoldsen. He is survived by 2 daughters; Ali Rustad and husband Jason of Tucson, AZ Sarah Haywood of Tucson, AZ Parents; Joe and LuAnn Haywood of Hanson, KY 5 sisters; Janet Herr and husband Dennis of Evansville, IN Karen Dame of Madisonville, KY Rita Joest and husband Sid of Evansville, IN Teresa Anthony and husband Jim of Hanson, KY Linda Lockman and husband Hugh of Hilton Head, SC Several Nieces and nephews Services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday January 24, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. David Calhoun will officiate. Private Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday January 23rd from 4:00 until 8:00 and on Thursday January 24th from 12:00 until 3:00 PM Service time at the funeral home.
