David Hickman Hazelwood, 55, of Henderson passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at Methodist Hospital. He was born on August 20, 1960 to Edward Sr. and Delores (Bryne) Hazelwood. He was a member of Henderson Church of Christ. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by 1 brother Edward Allen Hazelwood, Jr. Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Clarissa Hazelwood, Father Edward Hazelwood, Sr. of Henderson, 4 children: Alex Leslie Hazelwood of Leitchfield, Andrew David Hazelwood of Henderson, Eric David Hazelwood of South Carolina, Heather Elaine Abell of Bowling Green, Kentucky, 5 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday 10:30 AM-11:30 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Graveside services will be Noon Friday August 12, 2016 at Fernwood Cemetery.
