David Lindsey

David Lindsey, 72, of Henderson, passed away on September 14, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Evansville, Indiana, to the late Chester and Helen Lindsey, David attended Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church and was a Kentucky Colonel. A devoted family man, he cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him great joy.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his siblings: Bobby HeinLin and Nancy Stork.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rama Lindsey; his children, David Lindsey II, Danielle Chrisman (Bobby), Jason Sager (Lynzey), Jeremy Sager, and Joshua Sager (Britteny); his sister, Judy Gass (Jim); his bonus son, Denzil Carter (Heather); twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
