David Newman

David Newman, 67, of Henderson, KY, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023.

David was born January 22, 1956, in Henderson, KY to the late Telles and Lula Newman. David enjoyed bowling, music and had a large collection albums, he also collected 1:18 scale diecast cars. He found that yardwork and landscaping was very therapeutic and believed it was best to grow your own vegetables.

In addition to his parent, David was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Newman.

David is survived by his wife of 38 years, Celeste Newman; daughter, Kathryn Newman of Cincinnati, OH; 2 sisters, Michele Mauldin of Hopkinsville, KY, and Sara Rigdon of Henderson, KY.

A memorial service will be Saturday, September 30, 2023, 12:00 PM, at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel.  Visitation will be Saturday, 9:00 AM until service time.
