Delbert (Tony) Fork

Delbert Wayne (Tony) Fork, 82 of Uniontown, KY passed away on December 22, 2022, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.

Tony was born November 19, 1940, in Henderson County to the late Thomas Fork and Ivy Gibbs.

Throughout his life, Tony served as a member of the Marine Corps and retired from the US Army. He was a member of AMVETS and was a commander of the American Legion and VFW in Uniontown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Leonard Gibbs, siblings Alice Faye Gibbs, Janie Thacker, Sharon Stone and Dallas Gibbs and his half-sister Shelia Kay Fork.

Tony is survived by his children, Tammy Chierepko, Melissa Holtzclaw (Darryl) and Randall Majors (Meagan); siblings, Donnie Gibbs, David Gibbs, and Mike Gibbs (Deborah); grandchildren, Katie Chierepko, Holden Russell, Bethany Young, Emily Holtzclaw, MaeLee Holtzclaw, Olivia Majors, Allison Majors and Jayden Majors and many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A life celebration will be held at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22.

Burial will be at Fairmont Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22.
