Delores Shrode Miser O’Nan, 81, of Sebree passed away 6:55 P.M.Tuesday August 3, 2010 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson. She was born January 21, 1929 in Evansville, IN to Gilman and Elizabeth (Antey) Shrode. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Sebree. She was a press operator at Carhartt Manufacturing in Sebree before retiring in 1992. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Charles Miser (1988), and her second husband Pete O’Nan (1998), 2 sons Charles Miser, Jr., and Kenneth Miser, 1 step-son Finis O’Nan, and a brother Samuel Shrode. She is survived by 2 daughters: Janice Sellers of Sebree, KY Maria and her husband John R. Durbin of Sebree, KY 1 son: Darrell and his wife Rebecca Miser of Sebree, KY 3 step-daughters: Alice Burton of Sebree, KY Martha O’Nan of Sebree, KY Trudy McConnell of Sebree, KY 3 step-sons: Frank O’Nan if Henderson, Ky Pete O’Nan of Sebree, Ky Danny O’Nan of Sebree, KY 1 brother: Al Shrode of Rockport, IN 8 sisters: Patricia Shapker of Poseyville, IN Elsie Beasley of Grandview, IN Susan Bunch of Rockport, IN Judy Polk of Booneville, IN Bonita Shoemaker of Gibson City, IL Donna Starkey of House Springs, MO Jennie Wathen of Dale, IN June Lovell of Dale, IN 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren Services will be 11:00 AM Friday August 6, 2010 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Sebree, Ky with Father Al Bremer officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY. Visitation will be Thursday August 5, 2010 from 4-8 PM and Friday August 6, 2010 from 9-10:30 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Pallbearers will be Aaron Miser, Michael Miser, Tim Durbin, Patrick Durbin, Erin Schreiber, and Clay Miser.
