Dennis Earl Thomas

Dennis Earl Thomas, 67 of Henderson, KY passed away Thursday December 25, 2014 at his residence under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. He was born in Henderson, KY on November 2, 1947 to the late Earl Henry and Ina Eloise (Vanover) Thomas. He was a Baptist. Dennis was a retired heavy equipment operator with Operating Engineers Local 181 in Henderson. He was also a Vietnam Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife Connie (Rone) Thomas Daughter; Tracey Hazelwood and husband Kirk of Henderson, KY Son; Troy Thomas of Henderson 5 Grandchildren; Logan, Sydney, Preston and Lofton Hazelwood and Reece Thomas. Brother; Larry Thomas of Smith Mills, KY Sister; Shirley Skaggs of Spottsville, KY Nieces and Nephews Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday December 29, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Hollis Marshall will officiate. Burial will follow in Corydon Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 until 6:00 and Monday from 11:00 until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
